Our process

Getting started

Once you arrive, a team member will go through our process with you and make sure you are comfortable moving forward. We offer FREE, quick and reliable estimates, with the latest in tablet technology, so you know what to expect before the repair process begins.

Drop-off and rental

After we have an authorization to move forward, we will then schedule your drop-off to get started on your repairs ASAP. We will work with your automobile insurance company to assure compliance and we also handle direct billing to them. If you require a rental car while your vehicle is being repaired, we have access to multiple rental car companies within a few miles of us that offer pickup and drop off services for your convenience.

Updates

We like to make our guests experience as personal as possible, so we will call you multiple times each week to keep you fully updated on where we are with repairs on your vehicle. Additionally, we have partnered with a state-of-the-art management system to update our guests at every step of the repair, that you can access from your phone upon request.

Pick up

We will call you to let you know that your vehicle is headed to detail and we will give you a time window for pick up. If you have a rental we will work with your rental company to orchestrate a time that is convenient for all parties. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay with a 3% service fee. We also accept cash and checks.
